Maryland Fashion Week & Fashion Week Maryland (MFWFWM)

By purchasing a ticket, registering, attending, participating, sponsoring, vending, exhibiting, or otherwise engaging with Maryland Fashion Week & Fashion Week Maryland (MFWFWM), you agree to the following terms and conditions in full.

1. Ticket Sales and Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, or personal matters.
No chargebacks or payment disputes will be honored. Any attempt to reverse charges will be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
A refund will only be issued if the event is canceled in its entirety and cannot be rescheduled. In such a case, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

2. Event Changes

MFWFWM reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, speakers, designers, performers, or format at its discretion. Such changes do not qualify for a refund or claim.
The event may proceed rain or shine. Should any part of the event be rescheduled or moved due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or public health guidance), all tickets and participation remain valid for the rescheduled date.

3. Consent to Photography & Media

By entering the event premises, you grant MFWFWM permission to capture your image, voice, and likeness in photography, video, or audio recordings. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without compensation or further approval.

4. Code of Conduct

Attendees, participants, and staff are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and inclusive atmosphere. Any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
Security personnel and event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals at their discretion.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

You acknowledge that your attendance and participation are voluntary and at your own risk. MFWFWM is not liable for any personal injury, lost or stolen property, or other damages that may occur at or in connection with the event.
MFWFWM is not responsible for errors or delays in event information provided by third parties (e.g., ticketing platforms, sponsors, or vendors).

6. Vendor & Partner Terms

Vendors, designers, and sponsors are responsible for ensuring the legality, safety, and accuracy of their materials and products. MFWFWM holds no responsibility for the actions, statements, or items provided by third-party participants.
All vendor and exhibitor fees are final and non-refundable, except in the case of full event cancellation.

7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, registering for the event, or otherwise participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. MFWFWM reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued participation in the event after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
